Our vacuum‑metallized printed card adopts vacuum metallizing technology. An ultra‑thin aluminum layer is vapor‑deposited onto paperboard, creating brilliant metallic gold or silver base effect before full‑color printing.
Compared with foil stamping, vacuum metallizing achieves uniform full‑surface metallic texture with lower cost. The material maintains good recyclability. Multiple metallic base options are available: bright silver, golden, holographic laser effect.
